Design and Implementation of Communication and Social Inclusion Program and Outreach

The objective of the assignment was to assist in the design and implementation of the 5 elements of the ISWMP from Baku, Azerbaijan, through designing and implementing social inclusion and communication programs. Specific tasks of the consulting assignment were:
1. Design of a communication and social inclusion program (CSIP);
2. Training and capacity building for implementation and adjustment of the CSIP;
3. Implementation of the CSIP;
4. Social impact assessment (SIA);
5. Preparation of a resettlement action plan (RAP);
6. Development of RAP monitoring procedures;
7. Preparation and of RAP monitoring reports.
