Environmental and social due diligence at Brasov Water Company facility on EBRD’s behalf. The purpose of this assignment was to carry out ESDD work for compliance with EBRD’s Performance Requirements under the 2008 E&S Policy for the proposed investment in rehabilitation of water and wastewater segment. Tasks: review the existing relevant studies relating to the project, review investment plans, review the construction and rehabilitation activities completed to date, identify the main environmental and social issues associated, and propose an Environmental and Social Action Plan. As part of the required tasks, GHG emission calculations and mitigations measures have been included.
