Identifying non-cost barriers to renewable energy– a study on Romania

Green Partners was contracted to develop a study on Romania’s non cost barriers regarding the implememtation of renewable energy projects. A manual has been developed as a result of this study and its contents are included in the European scale report about non-cost barriers in the development of renewable energy investments. Our tasks included analyses and review of studies, policies and legislation, as well as conducting a series of interviews with national stakeholders.
