Internal review of GHG inventory and GHG data quality management – oil and gas industry

Carrying out the internal review of GHG data collection and GHG inventory building procedure of a large oil and gas company in Romania and preparing a guideline for improving data quality management for the GHG inventory of the company. The assignment included review of the procedures and data gathering, aggregation practices at site level, at the level of EHS department, the projects and exploitation departments, including reporting to international corporate level of the company. The guidelines were also presented and discussed in the form of training at the end of the assignment.
