Piatra Neamt, Study for identifying the legally, technically and economically feasible solution for waste disposal and landfill operation

Green Partners was contracted to analyze the legal, technical and economic aspects of waste disposal and operation of the EU standard landfill at Piatra Neamt. Piatra Neamt was the first implemented ISPA project in waste management in Romania. The tasks of Green Partners included analyses of contracts, technical offers and prevailing legislation, conducting interviews with stakeholders, technical site visit at the landfill, writing and presenting the study to stakeholders and facilitating stakeholder communication.
