Green Partners developed Project Idea Notes (PIN) in the field of waste gasification and biomass based energy production. FinPro took the initiative to develop a biomass plant in Romania. Green Partners did the preliminary market research for this in Transylvania, especially in the Maramureş, Bistriţa Năsăud counties.
