Green Partners received the task on advising on economically feasible ways to improve the energy efficiency of the hospital building and switch heating technology from crude oil to another fuel. In cooperation with EnergoBit, a preliminary energy audit was conducted as well as analyses of financing available programs to identify the source of financing for this project. The EU financing for Regional Development was chosen.
