Description:

The construction of the BRUA pipeline on the territory of Romania is expected to commence in 2017 and will impact over 20,000 land plots during construction and operation.
Given that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering providing financing for the development of the Project, a Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Land Acquisition Framework (LAF) and Action Plan, was triggered by the requirement of the project to comply with the EBRD’s Environmental and Social Policy. Our task also involved the review of the Labour and Working Condition Management Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP).
