This is a technical assistance project to EBRD on social impacts and mitigation of social impacts related to Romanian section of the development of the BRUA pipeline. It involved the following tasks: assessment of the current land acquisition practices at the company level; support in developing the internal operational procedure for land acquisition; development of the LEAP and a Guide to Land Acquisition; also defining the stakeholder engagement actions necessary for implementing the LEAP.
