Environmental and Social Due Diligence at a vehicle engine production plant

We were contracted to assist our partner, ERM, in performing the Environmental and Social Due Diligence, on behalf of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) at a vehicle engine production plant. Our team was responsible for delivering the social chapters of the following project deliverables:
– EBRD PRs Compliance Matrix;
– Environmental and Social Action Plan;
– Stakeholder Engagement Plan;
