Social Accountability (SA) training in Housing and Utility sector of Belarus

Green Partners was contracted by International public organization “Eco project “Partnership to prepare a training needs assessment and to provide a training regarding Social Accountability in the Housing and Utility (H&U) sector of Belarus.
The objectives of the project were to enhance capacities and support to local civil society organizations and authorities to use SA mechanisms in H&U sector; increase civil society participation in decision-making on the H&U sector development and raise awareness and literacy levels of the general public concerning their rights and duties in H&U sector.
